Orders placed during our business hours will usually be shipped by the next business day, if not the same day. Exceptions include out of stock items, which we will inform you, via email, as soon as possible of an updated shipping estimate.
Shipping costs vary on the weight and destination of your order. We use UPS as our primary shipping service. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number on the email you provided during checkout.

If Hardware Everywhere is at fault, customers can return parts for a full credit, including all outbound freight. We will supply the customer with a UPS account number to use for the return.
In cases where the customer has ordered the incorrect part, Hardware Everywhere will give a full refund, not including freight, if the following criteria are met:
- Parts are returned within 30 days of receiving the item
- Parts are unused, complete and in the original packaging
- The correct part is re-ordered from Hardware Everywhere
- The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number given to the customer is used
- Parts are returned to the correct warehouse
If you would like to make a return more than 30 days after receiving the item, will not be reordering the correct item or no longer need the product purchased, a 50% restocking fee will apply. Customer is responsible for return freight.
The customer will receive a refund back to their credit card within 3-5 business days after we receive the merchandise.
We will not accept any returns that have been partially used or that are not in their original packaging. No refunds will be given without an RMA from Hardware Everywhere.
