We are an internet-based retailer. While we do not have a specific location for customers to purchase items in person, we do have warehouses across the United States for shipping. Our customer service office is located in Miami, Florida
Can I get a sample of a product?
Due to a high demand of samples, we are unable to process these requests at this time. All of our products have a detailed spec sheet to help you make a decision.

Do you have a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum dollar amount to place an order, but we do request that you buy the bulk quantities shown on our website. We cannot break boxes.
How do I make a change to an order I placed?

What is the status of my order?

What is the holiday shipping schedule?
If you place an order on any of the holidays that we are closed, your order will be input into our system the following business day. There will be no shipments sent on the following holidays:
