Plastic toggle anchors (butterfly anchors, togglers, toggles, and myriad other names) provide vibration-resistant anchoring in hollow walls and ceilings. They work similar to a toggle wing.

The strap-style toggle bolts have a metal plate and work like a traditional toggle bolt. The metal part is made of zinc plated steel, but stainless ones can be special ordered. These parts won't spin easily when installed with a power tool.
