Finished Hex Nuts (Left Hand Thread)
A finished hex nut is designed to go onto a nut or screw with matching threads. They are commonly double chamfered and double countersunk. Left hand nuts are very uncommon and used primarily in machinery where the rotation would cause a right-handed nut to loosen. They are available from stock only in steel.
