Jack Screw
The hex jack screw (for many years it was also called a PC Card Screw or PC Case Screw because it was used in the cases of desktop PCs) is used to fasten cable connectors in electronic equipment or connect two connector halves. These screws are available in steel and stainless with various platings as options. Hex jack screws can be manufactured to any size and/or material in both standard and metric threads with minimum order quantities. A jack screw is part of the electronics hardware category.
