Beveled Washers
Beveled (bevelled) washers are made of malleable iron or F436 structural steel (some sizes are available in stainless) are square and one bearing surface is flat, while the other has a sloping angle of about 35 degrees. Often used in structural applications, they are designed for leveling and shimming purposes and are commonly used when bolting through the flanges of beams or other uneven surfaces. Most are plain although some sizes are available in hot dipped galvanized.
Do not confuse this part with a belleville washer which is a cupped spring washer. We can get you belleville washers too, just call and ask.
